Banana Milk Boba is a fusion of Korean and Taiwanese drink cultures, combining the creamy sweetness of banana milk with the satisfying chewy texture of boba.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana broken into smaller pieces
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 drop vanilla
  • ¼ cup cooked boba

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Banana Milk: In a blender, combine a ripe banana, milk, water, maple syrup and a drop of vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the Drink: Place the cooked boba pearls in the bottom of a tall glass. Then, pour the blended banana milk over the top.
  • Serve: Stir well and enjoy with a wide straw.

Notes

The riper the banana, the sweeter and more flavourful your drink will be.
Double or triple the recipe as needed.
For the best taste and texture, enjoy your banana milk boba as soon as it's made.
Feel free to add more or less sweetener based on your preference.
