Method
- Steam rice noodle rolls for one minute or until soft and moist. Cut into bite sized pieces and arrange on plate.
- Make the 2 sauces by mixing everything together.
- Drizzle sauces over cheung fun to taste.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, green onions and/or crushed peanuts. Enjoy!
Notes
If you have a peanut allergy, you can omit the peanut sauce and crushed peanuts on top.
