Equipment

  • 1 Medium bowl

Ingredients

  • 12 dumplings cooked
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp green onions sliced thinly
  • sesame seeds optional, garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sauce: Combine soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and herbs.
  • Serve: Arrange boiled dumplings on a platter. Drizzle sauce over dumplings or use as a dip. Garnish with sesame seeds, extra cilantro, or green onions as desired and enjoy.

Notes

Stir dumplings gently while boiling to prevent sticking and cook until dumplings float to the surface (around 5-7 minutes for fresh dumplings; 8-10 minutes for frozen).
Taste and adjust the dipping sauce to suit your flavor preference.
Double the sauce for extra dipping options or use with other dishes.
