- Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside for later.¼ cup oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar
- Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan over medium to high heat. Saute shrimp until cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside the shrimp.10 shrimp, 2 tbsp oil
- Saute onion and garlic until aromatic. Add in peppers and stir fry for a minute. Add the rice and stir fry sauce. Mix until it is well combined and the rice is evenly coloured. Create a well in the center, add eggs and scramble the eggs until cooked. Toss through the shrimp and Thai basil. Notes
Omit or use less chilli for a milder dish.
