Saute onion and garlic until aromatic. Add in peppers and stir fry for a minute. Add the rice and stir fry sauce. Mix until it is well combined and the rice is evenly coloured. Create a well in the center, add eggs and scramble the eggs until cooked. Toss through the shrimp and Thai basil. Remove from heat.
